Position: IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer
Location: NYC
Duration: 2 years
Job Description:
· The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will design, develop, and implement one or more Identity and Access Management products and provide architecture, design and implementation expertise of Identity Management products on an enterprise scale. The Identity and Access Management Engineer will have expertise in at least one of the following technologies: SUN Identity Manager, SUN Access Manager, CA Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Novell Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, and/or Siteminder.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design, develop, and implement one or more of the following Identity and Access Management products including but not limited to: SUN Identity Manager, SUN Access Manager, CA Identity
· Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Novell Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, and/or Siteminder.
· Build resource adapters, integrate role-based access control, Single SignOn, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and systems.
· Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards.
· Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience with implementation, user provisioning, and troubleshooting experience with any of the following IAM technologies: SUN Identity Manager, SUN Access Manager, CA Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Novell Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, and/or Siteminder.
· 3+ years of experience in managing IT solution deployments through the full software development lifecycle.
· 2+ years experience in relational database design, including SQL programming using PL/SQL and/or MSSQL.
· 2+ years of development experience with J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, or C#.
· Strong experience with one or more directories, including Active Directory, IBM Directory Server, SunONE Directory Server, Novell e-Directory, or CA Directory.
Preferred qualifications:
· Master's or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· Knowledge of Internet technologies and tools and XML integration, including XML–Schema, XML–RPC, XML–SOAP, and/or Web Services/SOA Solutions.
· Knowledge of Security and J2EE standards such as Struts, JSR168, WSDL, Web 2.0 and/or WSRP.
· CISSP, CISA, PMP and /or any other security related certification
· Business Analysis and Project Management skills to include requirements gathering, project plan development, status reporting, etc.
