Qualifications:
· Excellent project management skills
· 8+ years of experience with testing at different levels (unit, string, system, performance, and user acceptance) on complex enterprise-wide technical projects
· Strong functional and performance testing experience with an SAP product, preferably the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
· Strong real-time and file-based integration testing experience; requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, business or equivalent experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong experience interacting with technical, business, and upper management teams
· Ability to provide attention to detail; quick to adapt to changing project requirements and testing constraints (environment, resource, schedule, etc.)
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to handle multiple-tasks at the same time; understanding of all aspects of software lifecycle and project methodologies
Responsibilities:
· The Software Test Lead will be responsible for effectively managing the test process for an enterprise project.
· This position will be responsible for the overall master test strategy and coordination and execution of the testing lifecycle across multiple test efforts according to company guidelines and standards.
· The software test lead is expected to provide functional and technical leadership in the areas of unit, string, system (white and black box), performance, and user acceptance testing.
· Working with the business process owners and internal business clients will require an understanding of the business processes and requirements to effectively execute and manage the testing process.
