Marketing Process Specialist – Campaign Management or Marketing Operations

===================================================

 

·         Knowledge of marketing concepts, methods and techniques

·         Document existing processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity

·         Experience in modeling/re-engineering Campaign and/or Marketing Operations Business Processes (Level 1 - Level 5)

·         If expert in Campaign processes, Proficiency in database marketing including list segmentation, list manipulation, list quality and data hygiene

·         Working with Marketing and IT teams to design, build, execute and teach new/enhancements of marketing processes and solutions into marketing operations

·         Leveraging various Marketing-related technology solutions (Aprimo)

·         Experience in analysis and modeling of business processes, activities, people and information using Enterprise Architect Software

·         Familiarity with standard UML 2.x and BPMN notations
