•           Technical knowledge: knowledge of algorithms, core software technologies, including server-side Java, and large-scale distributed systems.

•           Exceptional individual contributor earning the respect of peers.

•           Interpersonal skills: Effective in working with strong technical teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•           B.E. Computer Science, with background in algorithms and distributed systems

•           Prefer prior Java, unit testing and Extreme Programming experience.
