Job Description:
• Diverse experience in utilizing the Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 or 4.0 and the Visual Studio suite of development tools
• Expert knowledge on Silverlight, WPF, WCF technologies
• Ability to write clean, eloquent, minimal code to achieve value added business outcomes
• Expertise in Object Oriented analysis and design, UML modeling, and classic design patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or MVC
• Technically capable with maximizing build quality and simplifying the source code maintenance and build process through use of tools
• Comfortable designing and developing Object Oriented, multi-tier applications in a complex architectural landscape
• Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects
• Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile delivery environment
• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to and hands-on experience in leading/performing technical quality reviews
• A consultancy approach to your work
• Commitment to collaborate with other developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
