JD for SAP HR consultant:

Experience in implementation and support of SAP HR modules. Exposure to HR Time Management, HR Compensation Management, HR Payroll Management, HR ESS/MSS, OM/PA etc.

Should have good consulting skills, business knowledge to effectively integrate technology into client business environment. This role includes implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, post-implementation and support. Good experience in requirement gathering, re-design of existing HCM structures (Org/Position/Jobs/Relationships).

Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules

Business knowledge and process design skills

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload

Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
