Should have prior experience in managing / delivering AMS engagements. Should be able to interact with client IT / Business for SLAs, manage expectations, and address issues & risks.
Should be able to Understand the business process and the technical solution implemented to address the business needs
Should be able to gain knowledge of people (users), processes, environment (software & hardware) and tools required to effectively perform support tasks
Should have good written and oral communication skills to communicate with the business to resolve support tickets
Should have good knowledge of database and exposure to perform tasks such as authoring queries, stored procedures etc as required in the project
