Must-haves(Flexible)
4+ years experience in Adobe Flex
Experience needed with at least 2 of the following: Cairngorm 3, Robotlegs, Flex Unit, Adobe AIR/ActionScript
Experience with BlazeDs
4-5 years of backend Java development
3+ years of J2EE development
Experience with Spring framework
Experience developing and deploying in environments: Eclipse, Flexbuilder, WAS
Agile Development Experience

Day-to-Day
You will be working on the second phase for an internal GUI application. The team needs you to work on the backend tool that manipulates the GUI application. You will need to be comfortable working with lots of rules and interact with the GUI on the front and backend. This is an enterprise level internal system that requires significant Flex expertise. You will need to be able to work independently, and also contribute new ideas to the team. This is an Agile environment, with 3 week sprints.
