Role : Siebel Service Management BSA

Mandatory Technical :
             Experience in Telecom Domain with Siebel Trouble Tickets and Fault mgmt apps integrations with Siebel (eg. Remedy to Siebel)
    Experience in CTI integration with Siebel and Siebel Call Center
    Good understanding of order mgmt
    Nice to Have eTOM knowledge of 'Service Problem Management' and 'Problem Handling' areas

Desirable Technical Skills : Strong experience in Siebel CRM and Siebel Call Center

Work Location : SunnyVale , CA
