Description
The role is within the corporate applications development team. The client focus is with the Risk Management group The candidate will provide support for existing applications and develop new features for Risk Management group. This application development includes analytics, data queries and reports targeted at Risk Managers, Regulators, Senior Management and the' Head Office. Experience with Java J2EE, Java RichFaces, maven, hibernate, and eclipse are key requirements. Working knowledge of Oracle databases and Microsoft Reporting Services SSRS are a plus. Previous experience working within investment bank area is a must and within risk management is desirable although a strong track record of comparable experience is also acceptable.
Requirements
Design and developed the web application with user interface in Java RichFaces technology
Design and develop server-side with Java J2EE web container/EJB3
Integrate SSRS reports into Java portals and SharePoint
Complying with the standard release cycle and deployment controls
Perform all application unit and system testing
Support users as required in

Required:
Solid experience of designing developing large scale enterprise web applications
Solid experience of developing Websphere MQ/JMS
Working experience with JBoss/Tomcat application server
Working experience with SVN, Maven, Hudson, Eclipse
End to end development cycle knowledge
Planning and prioritization skills
Solid knowledge of financial products
Experience in integration into portals and/or SharePoint
MUST have Java, Integration, and Web experience
