Hands on experience on Progress Open Edge Platform
·        Relevant and recent experience on programming using Progress 4GL language in any version
·        Good understanding of Progress Database
·        Webspeed and Websonic experience in an added advantage
·        Experience with source control management systems such as CVS, Git, Perforce  SVN, ClearCase etc
·        Good working knowledge in OS such as Windows, AIX platforms, and Unix/Linux  
·        Exposure of E-R diagrams, data modeling and RDBMS concepts
