Skill & Job Description 

A preponderance of STRUTS, MVC, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, J2EE, and other skills that are primarily associated with web UI will work against the candidate. In addition, experience in RESTFul WCF Services will not be considered, as WCF stands for 'Windows Communications Foundation' (non-Java).
