10+ years design and planning experience in systems, applications or IT Architecture.

    Financial OMS, GUI, high volume low latency system development experience
    Very Strong in Java (Concurrency, Swing, Networking, NIO), Unix (configuration, shell)
    Experience with multi asset classes (Equities, Futures, Options)
    Experience with real-time messaging (Tibco RV, Multicast, JMS)
    FIX Protocol
    5+ years of financial experience
