Job Title : Hyperion Workforce Planning
Location: Columbus OH

C2C Rate: $60/hr Max
MUST HAVES:
1. Hyperion Workforce Planning Design / Build implementation experience
2. Hyperion Workforce Planning Software installation experience
3. Hyperion Planning Report Writing

3. Hyperion Planning Report Writing
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the installation and configuration of Workforce Planning.
Lead Cardinal Health towards best practices in the areas of Workforce planning as it relates to a work force made up of both internal and outsources employees. Employee data can be interfaced from the current HR management tool, but that tool is not configured for position based management.
Review the current implementation of Hyperion Planning and assist in the enhancement of any current state configuration.
Review the technical installation of Hyperion Planning and make recommendations to maximize application performance.
Partner in the implementation of new business segments in the tools. This work will include, but may not be limited to; calculation script creation, dimension and attribute creation, input and reporting template creation, and the integration of external data sources(e.g. travel and expense data received from an external tool).
