Database/Data Warehouse Developer
Experienced Database Development resource that can assist with design, deployment and configuration of the Clearwire Data Warehouse solution, across SqlServer and Netezza, for client's Network Engineering and Operations organization. Ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of a typical Data Warehouse deployment, including, but not limited to: server deployment/architecture, ER design/creation, and post-deployment performance optimizations.
Experienced Database Development resource that can assist with design, deployment and configuration of the Clearwire Data Warehouse solution, across SqlServer and Netezza, for client's Network Engineering and Operations organization. Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
2+ years of experience with Netezza systems
Extensive knowledge of data warehouse design and architecture, including: server configuration/architecture, ER modeling/creation, and SQL performance optimization.
Highly proficient with dimensional database modeling, resource should be able to analyze SQL statements and determine where changes should be made in order to produce desired results.
Knowledge of and experience implementing both Netezza-specific and general BI best practices.
Experience integrating Microstrategy with Netezza data sources a plus
Able to work alongside existing clients OSS resources to facilitate knowledge transfer and to allow them to have hands-on experience with the tool.
Knowledge or experience working in C#/.NET development environment is a strong plus.
Telco OSS development and support is a strong plus but not required.
