Job Title : SSIS Developer

Location : Solon, OH

Duration : 6 Months Contract

Rate : $50 on C2C

 

Essential Skills / Experience 

Experience working with large and/or complex data sets. 

Minimum of 3 years experience in application development using SQL, SSIS. 

Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle concepts. 

Ability to multi-task. 

Ability to improve and streamline code. 

Thorough understanding of relational database design. 

Excellent understanding of SQL and set based logic. 

Thorough understanding of ETL processes, particularly SSIS. 

Full understanding of software testing. 

Experience in performance tuning including reading / understanding query plans and creating indexes. 

Ability to analyze data and determine relationships and dependencies from raw data. 

Experience in programming with VB script and VB.Net or C#. 

Excellent organizational skills. 

Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Experience working with large data sets a plus. 

Beneficial Skills/Experience 

Claims / PBM experience a plus. 

Detail oriented. 

Strong knowledge of MSOffice Suite of applications. 

Strong knowledge of Visio,Ultra Edit and Ultra Compare 

 

Education / Training 

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
