Job Title: Network Support Analyst-UCCE

Location: Bloomington ,IL or Phoenix ,AZ

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Skills:

This position  is for a Converged Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks. We are looking for someone with very strong Contact Center (UCCE) skills

- Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)

- Installation experience

- Application Configuration Support Knowledge

- Infrastructure troubleshooting

- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience

- Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE using ICM to ICM gateways

- Knowledge of adjunct connectivity

- CTIOS troubleshooting server side

- TCP/IP networking fundamentals

- Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
