Job Title: Desktop Support (Hand & Feet ) – L1
Location: El Dorado,AR
Duration: 6 Months


Job Description

Experienced, very CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented person
Enablement to fix problems directly—L1-L3 issues should be able to addressed (within feasibility) by this person without ever having to "call the helpdesk" etc.
While the person would be expected to conform to HCL procedures, they must be empowered to do things directly.
They also must be viewed as a "fixed cost" versus a buy by the drink.  Anything/everything within reason should be considered in scope for this particular person be it conference room setup, walking down to the local staples to buy a cord, visiting executives home offices, etc.
