Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face We have two contractor openings for an experienced lead quality assurance analyst with a minimum of seven to ten years of hands on QA experience.   The position includes planning, designing, executing and tracking the results of associated testing efforts.  The following skill sets are required: Test Management Test Planning Test Estimations Testing Lifecycle TSMP (Test Strategy  and Management Plan) TSR (Test Summary Report) CIT (Component Integration Testing) SIT (System Integration Testing) Defect Triage Report Defect Metrics   Previous work experience with  eCommerce, SQL and Windows environments is required.  Experience with Oracle and SOA is helpful.  Candidates should be detail oriented with better than average communication skills, both written and verbal. He or she should possess a professional demeanor as well as multitasking, problem solving and organization skills. The candidate should also be able to lead large projects, work well in a team setting and should be able to deal effectively with development teams and business users.
