Position: ETL Automation Lead/Test Engineer

Location: Boston, MA and Harrisburg, PA

Type: Contract

 

Job Description :

• Ability to design, develop and execute Test Plans & Test Cases for DW/BI testing and review of all test cases and test scripts with the team and ensure quality and standards are applied correctly.
• With more than five years of experience in ETL/ DW testing.
• With more than two years of experience as a lead or as a senior tester.
• Hands on knowledge on Data ware house testing and concepts.
• Very good exposure in preparing testing artifacts, which includes test plan, test strategy and test completion report.
• Strong in Oracle SQL
• Basic UNIX & Shell Scripting understanding
• Good knowledge  of ETL concepts and tools (preferably Informatica)
• Understanding of Big Data platform and its fundamental concepts is a plus
• Implementation knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, QTP ,QuerySurge,Informatica DVO etc
• Desired to have experience in writing Excel macros(scripting)
• Defect Management Tools such as QC, JIRA, ALM - Advance
• Domain exp in cliam processing is a big plus
