Result oriented professional with 8 to 10 Years of hands-on experience in diversified fields of the Software Development Life Cycle with experience in managing testing lifecycle process end to end using Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
● Experience in planning, coordinating and performing Smoke Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, GUI testing, End to End Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Service Testing
● Extensive experience as a Test Lead in multiple projects managing and delivering enterprise scale software on-time and quality with their scope intact.
● Successfully handled role of Scrum Master and having expertise in conducting Backlog refinement, Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Review Meetings.
● Managing scrum teams and ensuring that team's success and progress are highly visible to Product Owner and Stakeholders.
● Hands on experience of prioritizing User Stories in Backlog.
● Strong domain knowledge in Hotel Management and Casino Management systems
● Extensive experience in Dot com testing.
● Extensive experience in Water Fall model, Agile, Scrum and other Industry standard models.
● Extensive experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from Requirements phase through Implementation phase.
● Proficient in handling Functional Libraries, Object repositories and Descriptive programming using Unified Functional Test/HP Quick Test Professional and executing the automation test scripts from HP Quality Center/HP Application Lifecycle Management
● Good experience in working with open source tools like Selenium(creating Scripts in selenium web driver using Java)
● Extensive experience in web-apps and I-series or mainframe systems Manual Testing (using HP QC/ALM)
● Expert in Test Cycle Creation, Mapping requirement with test case and cycle, Test Execution, Defect Management and Test Reporting using HP Quality Center/HP Application Lifecycle Management, JIRA and/or Rally.
● Extensive experience with IBM I-Series hotel management systems, preferably LMS.
● Verifying reservation, booking and guest management details for different transactions in IBM TSOA region in integration, System and Release Test environment.
● Creating database for every release and designing a table with the test data requirement for the members with different attributes and values for each project.
● Generating and sharing the reports on various parameters on the test data request from the client in HP ALM.
● Expertise to implement testing strategy and process based on production release schedule.
● Proficient on Defect Prediction Models , Defect Prevention and Root Cause Analysis
● Expertise in solving the technical issues with respect to testing tools as a part of Center of Excellence team
● Extensive experience on JIRA.
● Experience in coordination for QA activities in testing team in support of systems and projects.
● Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and learning skills as well as a keen interest in the emerging technologies Resource allocation based on project releases, development and project plan.
● Strong analysis, demonstrate, production support and problem solving skills.
● Proven leadership, mentoring, training and project management skills.
● Ability to learn and implement new tools and methodology.

● Extensive experience working on onshore/offshore/near-shore Model.
TEST MANAGEMENT
● Test Project Management and delivery Management, test planning (release, iteration) estimation, resource allocation, identification of roles and responsibilities and communicating test program status to management.
● Test Process management entailing process definition, documentation and constantly review and improve process to make it integrated, repeatable and reliable.
● Test Organization management including staffing, training, team building, supervising, assessing teams and individual's performance.
● Develop and manage test project schedules, risk assessment, manage scope and resource changes and monitor progress against plan.
● Proficient in analyzing existing systems and designing Test Guidelines, Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Specification for the proposed business and system requirements.
● Reviewing test documents and bugs prepared by test team.
● Expertise in preparing Traceability Matrix and Release Notes.
TESTING
● Extensive working experience on QA Functional Testing, GUI Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Prod QA Testing and User Acceptance Testing
● Extensive working Experience in developing Automation Test Script in Automation Testing Using HP UFT
● Expertise in scripting languages using VB Script and QTP Descriptive Programming.
● Extensive working Experience in developing Manual Test Cases in Manual Testing Using HP ALM and Rational Team Concert for Agile projects.
● Extensive working experience on Agile projects. Worked as Scrum Master and supported the Project Manager on all the agile ceremonies.
● Extensive working Experience in Testing Web based Applications and Windows based Applications
● Extensive working Experience on AS400 based I-Series applications.
● Proficient in defect management using HP Quality Center, ALM and JIRA.
