Role : 1 UI Lead with Mobile exp (Need Visa copy at the time of Submission)
Location – Windsor, CT
Duration – 6 months +
Minimum 10+ Years of experience
Job Description:
· Candidate must have a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in IT industry.
· Candidate understands the key technology trends in industry and can design solutions around the trends.
· Solid experience in collaborative application development
· Ability to work closely with customer teams (business and technology) to evolve technical direction and also to suggest technology alternatives.
· Participate in visualization sessions for original application ideas.
Additional qualities for lead position:
The manager/lead role is responsible for the customer experience through effective planning and implementation of operations. Responsible for meeting, identifying and articulating customer requirements. Liaising with the leadership team to gather information and resolve issues. Provides clear direction and oversight for system and process enhancements, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and developments. Identify, recommend and support the implementation of various programs. Should be able to handle implementation issues thru coordination with business and IT leads.
