Duration: Long term 12+ months

MUST HAVE:

· 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst including

o Gathering requirements

o Breaking down a business process, applying changes, and rebuilding processes

o Working closely with IT team on requirements, solutions, and on gaining business acceptance

· Bachelor's Degree or higher

· Experience working as a BA in a large enterprise environment

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience with the full SDLC

· Prior experience working in the logistics or transportation industry

· Experience with Organizational change & the challenges is brings
