Management Skills

·         Ability to Lead non-SOA streams.

·         Client Interaction / management skills.

·         Good Communication skills.

·         Ability to lead multiple projects.

 

Technical skills – must be hands on.

·         SOA & OSB skills.

·         Core Java/ Spring framework.

·         REST / JASON. Interfacing with Mobile apps.

·         Design & Design patterns.

·         Ability to Troubleshoot.

·         Exposure to SOA Governance.

·         Basic SOA Admin skills would be useful.
