Job Junction: {Job Junction} Immediate requirement for Pega Developer @ New Jersey

Hi ,

We are looking for a Pega Developer for long term project in New Jersey, below is the detail requirement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer science
Pega PRPC version 7 platform experience
Experience with development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, and Iterative) strongly preferred.
Good understanding of OOO, SOA, ESB and basic CSA concepts/design patterns.
1+ years of Pega implementations
Experience designing and developing process based solutions using BPM (Business process management)
Experience with basic rule forms, such as Flows, Activities, Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA's, Correspondences, Reports, Connectors, Services, etc
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to work and communicate effectively with other developers, IT staff and non-IT functional areas
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.

Note : We are looking for candidate who can work on our W2
