Job Description:
· Job description: Coordinate efforts with our outsourced development team in design / development, perform code reviews, performance optimization on SAP Portals, as well as develop new solutions for the business units and the functional teams in SAP.
· Work closely with the SAP Functional team members and the Business Relationship Management team to deliver projects and enhancements.
· Work with the Sustain and Support team to provide knowledge transfer of newly deployed projects / tools.
· Requires the ability to understand business processes in order to recommend new solutions to problems / requirements.
· Develop technical specifications and documentation as needed.
· Work with near-shoe / off-shore development vendor resources as needed. This position reports to the SAP Development Team Lead.
· The job requires working with a diverse business community and resolve critical issues promptly in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Main Accountabilities:

Dimensions:
· BMC Remedy is the IT Service Management toolset.
· SAP is the primary business system at Tate & Lyle.
· SAP modules being used are SD, MM, QM, PP, PM, WM, FI/CO, HR/HCM, EP.
· Platform for SAP is MS-SQL Server and MS-Windows Server on HP Hardware.
· MS-SharePoint and SAP Enterprise Portals are the platforms for Intranet / Portals at Tate & Lyle.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
· 3 – 5 yrs experience with SAP Web Dynpro for Java or ABAP.
· 3 - 5 yrs experience development on SAP Enterprise Portals.
· SAP Enterprise Portal 7.1 and higher
· Experience with NetWeaver Development Studio (NWDS).
· 2+ full life-cycle implementations including post Go-Live support.
· Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver Web Application Server (2004s/7.01)
· Experience with RunSAP methodology.
· Exposure to at least two of the following SAP modules: SD, MM, QM, PP, PM, WM, FI/CO, HR/HCM.
· Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP applications.
· Exposure to middleware technologies / solutions.
· Experience developing technical specifications / documentation.
· Experience working with remote / off-shore teams.
· Exposure to other newer SAP technologies such as CRM, SRM, BI/BW (BI Accelerator), etc is a plus.
· Experience with SAP NetWeaver CE 7.1 and/or BPM a plus.
· Experience with Guided procedures a plus.
