I am having following requirement with one of our direct client. Please send me matching profiles along with expected hourly rate and contact information

Title: Database Developer
Work Location: Downtown, NYC
Duration: 11+ months

Interview process – phone screens and than in-person interviews

Manager needs very high level experienced Database Developer. Someone with strong SQL skills.

Besides that someone with extremely fluent database experience, someone who knows it inside and out.

They are processing high volume data. Someone who can guide on how to enhance SQL performance. Working with multiple versions is needed. SQL 2008 Version is needed.

 Looking for a high end engineer. Someone who understands Microsoft platforms. Basic understanding with OS systems, Active Directory. Someone who can come up with Technology solutions. Someone who has experience with Visio Diagram. How solutions should work. Communication skills are critical.

 Manager will hire a minimum a 5 years experience guy if he has the right skills.

They need to be very Innovative, need to know constraints of the current market, up on their feet, what is out there that we don't have in order to deliver solutions faster and better.

 It is a very fast paced environment

 Object oriented language is very necessary c++ general experience is needed.

They need to know the difference between two languages.

 Front end is written in c# and .net

It's a 4 ppl team

SSIS, SSRS preferred

It's a high volume transaction per second per minute.

They will be communication with teams in Asia, North America

They need to know how to synch data, retrieve data, what are solutions.

OLAP and Datawarehousing is preferred or nice to have

They will be working in high volume database.

Front end and back end goes hand in hand.

Able to participate, give solutions, not an isolated team, very small team, right now have 2 ppl on the team it will be 4 ppl very soon. They need to engage in entire project.

Computing industry is fine, not specific to financial industry.
