Title: Business Analyst with Contract Management Implementation using Ariba
Duration: 3 months
Location: Meaniapolis, MN

Background/ Qualifications:

 

MUST HAVE Experience with Contract Management Implementations and using Ariba's suite of applications. (Contract Management only in this phase)
Past experience assisting with the Requirements, design, configure, through the implementation and roll-out stage of the project.
Partner with our Core working team of project members along with the implementation resources provided by Ariba. Tasks to include:

 

1) Present design and business process options based upon Client's business requirements, HCP reporting requirements and their associated business processes

 

Focus on:

 

· Controls
· Audits
· Reconciliation
· Workflows
· Alerts
· Communications
· Future Integration

 

2) Communicate and deliver best practice solutions associated with:
a. Capturing important data associated with health care provider contract information
b. Updating existing Business processes to accommodate new regulations that Client must following the future
c. Future integration considerations include the following business areas and their associated applications.

 

· Accounts Payable
· Travel and Entertainment
· Meeting and Registration

 

3) Assist in the overall system design and architecture with Ariba, and our Core working team. Including:
a. Requirements (assist in final draft)
b. Design and Configuration recommendations
c. Developing recommendation
d. Testing
e. Training
f. Rollout
