JOB DESCRIPTION:

Eligibility criteria:

Experience: 0 to 3 years

B.Com + MBA Finance (Major), BBA / BBM + MBA Finance (Major), B.Sc (Stats / Maths majors) + MBA Finance (Major)

Qualifying percentage 60% and above in MBA Finance (Major)

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong accounting knowledge

Critical thinking and analytical skills

Knowledge on Microsoft Office Products — Excel, Word, etc.

Aptitude for learning technology (proprietary tools such as Tracker)

Dynamics of the profile:

No contract is signed with the new hires

There would be no probation period

Work timings vary by U.S. Tax service line

§  Primary shifts are from 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and  2 p.m. to 11 p.m.

·   New hires should be flexible to to work in any of these 2 shifts

It is not possible to switch timings once assigned

Any limitations on availability must be communicated during the application/interview process

"Busy seasons" require stretching as your workload requires
