Position: Remedy Administrator
Expertise level required : Level 2 / Level 2+
Location: Columbus, IN
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months+ Contract
Candidate should be willing to undergo Background Check Verification/ BGV.
Job Description
· Experienced in Remedy AR System, ITSM 7.x modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, SLM), SRMS and Atrium CMDB.
· Extensive knowledge about Remedy ITSM Configuration and usage
· Requires Remedy development knowledge. Ability to work on workflow objects (AL, Filters, and Escalations etc.)
· Remedy Mid-Tier Configuration/ administration
· Integration with BMC and 3rd party tools
· Preferably ITIL V3 certified.
· Knowledge of Web Services.
· CMDB experience.
