Job Title: QA Lead
Locations: Hopewell, NJ
Duration: Long Term
QA lead position with strong background on performance testing.
The position requires candidate to lead, develop and execute load testing scripts using Load-Runner.
The candidate will work closely with the Performance Test team, Software Development, Database Development, Database Architect & Engineering groups to define load testing plan including test data set, load test entrance and exit criteria, understand load test environment configurations. A solid understanding of multi-tier systems and hands on experience in monitoring and analysis of multi tier systems including Windows & UNIX platforms is required. This position also requires test automation experience using QTP and/or VB scripting. Candidate will also be involved in compiling & analyzing of test results by gathering Windows & UNIX server performance stats and running SQL queries.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years experience with Webservices, Java and Citrix protocols
· Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle.
· Minimum of 5+ years of Software Development experience using .NET and Java
· 5+ years Load-Runner experience using Citrix & Web service protocols.
· Test Automation / simulation experience using QTP, VB scripting
· Test Monitoring and analysis experience
· Black box and white box testing experience
· Good verbal and written communication
· Good understanding of QA, SDLC methodology and tools such as Clarity, Viper etc
· Proficiency in creating and maintaining test plan, test scripts, defect tracking/reporting, and test progress report
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to work with tight timelines, multitask and prioritize objectives
· Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure with limited supervision.
· Ability to work with cross function team members to achieve common goals
· Experience of using test management tools (Quality Center)
· BA/BS in Information Technology discipline
Secondary Requirement:
· Experience in Documentum/BPM Workflow performance and test automation
· Experience in Clarity
· Experience in Captiva / RightFax
· Knowledge of .NET Framework
· Knowledge of IIS server
