{Job Junction} Project Manager with Infrastructure Banking Exp

Hi All 

Location : Charlotte NC 

Duration : 6+Months 

Responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for:

 

·         Trader Turret System migration

·         TDM to IPT migration

·         Business telephone number migration Conduct a needs analysis working with business and SMEs to determine the requirements for voice services.

·         Develop the final system(s) configuration working with the SME and business to develop the appropriate budgets and implementation plans. Direct voice technology implementation projects, which include the installation of new voice systems (including telephone systems, turrets, voice recording equipment) and/or facilities/services.

·         Develop, coordinate and manage migration of business circuits, private lines and telephone numbers with carrier services vendors as required.

·         Develop and manage the execution of test procedures to ensure completeness of voice technology installations, including the integration with other voice services (e.g., recording equipment, turrets, etc.)

·         Set priorities and organize workload to meet project demands Oversee activities of SME's, vendors and business liaisons efforts in coordinating the day-to-day activities throughout the implementation of voice systems.

 

Deliverables:

 

Develop Voice project plan utilizing MS Project Server Manage voice change, issues and risk reporting into larger program

Review and manage finances of the voice discipline tracking forecast to actual spend

Develop and track action items

Create weekly and monthly status reports using Wells Fargo required tools, for delivery to senior management

Communicate and manage the expectations of business partners with regards to voice services work efforts

Coordinate project requirements with other project team members inclusive of technology, facilities and the business
