Role Description:

 

Consultant to participate and functionally lead an implementation project for supply chain planning and data management process improvements and automation.

 

Activities detail:

 

A summary of the planned configuration and development for this project:

• Development for customer forecast upload, analysis and reconciliation

• Development to identify batches at risk and automate production order creation

• Configuration and development to enable step MRP

• Developments for bottleneck planning in the areas of purification and fermentation

• Configuration and development for capacity leveling and capacity requirements

• Reports for planning evaluation in the areas of purification and fermentation

• Reports for ATP analysis, pandemic planning, and cycle time analysis
