Very urgent requirement: "Universal Customer Master (UCM) 8. X Business  Analyst" in Milwaukee, WI

Duration:  6-9 Months

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills :

1.       "Techno-functional knowledge of UCM 8.X

2.      Implementation knowledge of UCM

3.      Ability to interact with users , gather requirements and translate the same to IT teams

4.      Strong communication (Verbal, Written) skills in English

5.      Ability to understand end-to-end business process and map it to customer requirements

6.      Ability to work with a geographically and culturally diverse teams "

 

7.      Desirable Technical / Functional Skills :

8.     Knowledge in Business Process Mapping (BPM) tools like PEGA would be a plus.

 

9.      Total experience in required skill (years)     

10.   5-10 years Relevant experience. 8-10 years overall experience
