Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic + Skype The development team is a collaborative team that works in a cutting-edge and fast-paced environment. This team collaborates with key business and technical personnel to implement customer-centric solutions in support of product development initiatives. Individual developers are responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, documenting, and testing of new products and features. The position requires an individual who is willing to play a technical role in this software development environment. Primary Responsibilities Analyze, design, implement and test new features primarily using the following technologies: VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, JavaScript, CSS Provide timely and accurate communication of status to team, project and technical leads Work on multiple projects and manage time effectively Seek out and share technical knowledge with other members across the organization Gather requirements, design, code, test and implement according to design specifications Write system requirements and maintenance documentation of program development and subsequent revisions Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to program project requirements Participate in and drive improvements of the quality assurance process Consult with project lead on identification of problems and suggest solutions for the resolution of coding issues Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to our products Re-engineer current systems to allow for flexibility, stability, and scalability while preserving existing functionality Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred 1 - 5 years of industry web application development experience required Strong data analysis, design and testing skills Strong written and oral communication skills Strong multitasking skills Demonstrates a broad understanding of object-oriented design skills Ability to solve complex problems independently and to seek out and generate innovative solutions Ability to work under the supervision of the team lead, able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple overlapping projects Ability to focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities Familiar with formal software delivery and quality methodologies like Agile and Test Driven Development a plus Demonstrates an eagerness to obtain domain knowledge in order to effectively leverage technical qualifications Microsoft Certification is a plus Qualifications   Technical Skills Strong programming language skill in .NET, C#, SQL, Javascript, etc. Great technical and problem solving skills Knowledgeable in various software design patterns and be able to apply appropriate design patterns to solve business/technical problems. Proficient in RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc. .NET 3/.5/4.0 with WCF, WWF, WPF, and Silverlight Team player who works well across different streams (Product Management, Developers, QA, Operation Team, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills MVC and MVVM experience/knowledge would be a huge plus!
