Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Phone + F2F Job description: Develops, publishes, and implements test plans. Writes, executes and maintains test automation. Develops quality assurance standards. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience performing quality assurance testing. This group is working on sub-projects involved in the overall WorkForce Now project. This group performs both manual and automated testing. Job Responsibilities: Develops, publishes, and implements test plans. Writes and maintains test automation.  Develops quality assurance standards. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. May lead and direct the work of others. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. Job Requirements: Excellent knowledge of QTP is required.  Knowledge of Selenium is preferred. Manual testing experience is strongly preferred. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a testing role. Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. Familiar with Windows, UNIX and/or Solaris environments. Working knowledge of the BPT process is preferred. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
