Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Skype seeking 3 software qa engineer w/ 3-5 years of experience testing web applications using automation frameworks like selenium webdriver. looking for candidates with strong quality and comm. skills. keywords: soa/ automation/ crossbrowser/ java/ gui. responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products.  develops and executes software test plans.  analyzes and writes test standards and procedures.  maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.  analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.  qualifications 3+ years experience java programming, maven, servlets, jca and jce apis. familiar with the development challenges inherent with highly scalable and available web services. familiar with cloud deployments and industry standard iaas, paas components. strong linux skills and command line abilities. bs/ms in computer science or equivalent work experience. solid communication skills: demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. strong understanding of the software design/architecture process. self-directed and self-motivated individual who takes complete ownership of the product and its outcome. a github account and passion for new technology is highly desired.
