Sets operational specifications and formulates and analyzes software requirements. | | job DUTIES | % Time | | 1. Develops solutions with expert level knowledge of development tools including Visual Studio, SQL Server, T-SQL, Asp.Net, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, WCF, and .Net Entity Framework. | 25% | | 2. Leverages new technologies and introduces a balanced mix of standard enterprise development patterns while presenting innovative design patterns and approaches. | 25% | | 3. Designs, develops, maintains and implements quality solutions that meet or exceed business and technical requirements throughout the entire software development life cycle. | 20% | | 4. Contributes to support an IT roadmap that is forward thinking and sets the ground work for reducing maintenance cost while meeting or exceeding business objectives. | 15% | | 5. Promotes a constructive, positive team environment and maintains a spirit of openness, information sharing, inquisitiveness, problem-solving and support for common goals. | 05% | | 6.
