Job Title: QA Analyst - Exciting Mobile Banking team!
Location: San Francisco, CA
Contract : 6 month likely to extend to 18 months

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Systems QA Analyst. This person will be involved in early requirement reviews and analysis as part of preventive testing. Develops test strategies, test plans, test cases, test reports and test estimates. Creates test data requests and test scripts. Clearly identifies to a detailed level, changes to online banking software and interfacing systems within and external . Demonstrates command of all testing tools, processes and standards.

Experience Required:
7+ years of software QA and testing experience.
Deep experience with requirements and in all SDLC disciplines including requirements, design, code, implementation/user support.
Experience testing web applications
Experience opening defects and using Bug Tracking tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience using Quality Center
Experience testing financial applications or equivalent
Experience with test data set-up and data conditioning for a banking application
Experience defining and implementing software testing strategies
Banking domain knowledge/experience required
Experience using ClearQuest for defect tracking
Experience with Waterfall methodology or similar
Experience working with Mobile applications
Experience implementing quality process improvements, creating methods, procedures and training
Experience developing estimates for quality assurance/quality control work activities
BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, other related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience directing and coordinating work among teams
Experience facilitating the design and implementation of software development metrics
Experience with all types and levels of testing e.g., unit, integration, volume, non-stop/destructive and load testing
