Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	At least 4+ yrs of experience
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Adobe Flex Java and Hibernate HTML5
Experience Required		Should have worked in Flex development projects. Should have experience in Java, Hibernate and HTML5 technologies. Experience in agile methodology and rapid application development environments.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Flex Developer
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good communication skill Mentor other team members. Co-ordinate with other team members for the project's success.
Education	:	Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
