Job Title : PL/SQL Developer
Location: Middletown, NJ
Duration: 9+months

 

Rate : $48/hr on C2C

Must b local to NJ and in-person interview required.

Masters degree from US University and Telecom Industry experience required.

 

Project Description:
Candidate should be well versed and skilled in Oracle, PL/SQL and data processing.
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL skills, very good in packages, procedures, SQL queries, Triggers, functions etc w/UNIX Scripting, and large data process with AWK/ C/C++ and shell script under Unix environment are required; using Perl is a plus
Candidate with experience in agile programming methodology is a plus.
Applied Computer Science for Mobility Planning Systems Design and Development.
Candidate will research, analyze, design and develop highly optimized web applications software used for wireless network planning and management for client Mobility.
Candidate will work closely with business analysts to implement these tools and must be able to handle and extract information from large data sets, engage in data-driven problem solving, and understand and implement complicated mathematical algorithms.
Familiarity with wireless voice and data network design and technologies is a plus.
An M.S. (or higher) degree in Computer Sciences or a related field and relevant experience is required.
Strong analytic, debugging, problem solving and testing skills
Experience with Database/SQL performance tuning
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience
Oracle SQL or PL/SQL Certification (desired but not required)
MS SQL Server hands-on experience is a plus
Large data (100M) processing and manipulation and error checking work experience is a must
Must have used SQL Navigator/TOAD, UNIX (Solaris), Oracle 10g/llg for production-level projects
Microsoft Excel and macro programming work experience is a plus
Microsoft degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or Operations Research from an ACCREDITED Graduate SCHOOL / UNIVERSITY is a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with clients and business users
Availability to work late night hours or weekend once a while when business required is essential.
Familiarity with telecom network is a plus
