8+ year of experience

·         Very good communication skills

·         Very strong Core Java

o    They all say they are an 8 out of 10, but I have yet to see someone who is a 6

·         Strong Spring and Spring MVC

·         Strong JSP + JQuery + CSS

·         Strong Hibernate + SQL
