·   MS Exchange Admin Support 

·  Monitoring - Exchange Servers and Services

·  Mail box monitoring, Email queue - Manual / Automated

·  SMTP Connector Status monitoring 

·  Disk space / Log size monitoring

·  Database mount status monitoring

·  Escalate issue s to L2 and L3 Support

·  Incident tracking and reporting

·  Mail server health analysis (storage / Disk space / DB space)

·  Troubleshoot login and database issues
