Job title: Siebel Integration Consultant

Location: Long Island/ Uniondale, NY

Duration: 6+ Months

 

 

Siebel EAI, EIM, Web Service

•           Graduate in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.

•           Experience with various CRM functional solutions architecture with at least 3 project experience of full life cycle Siebel project implementation as integration lead

•           Experience in implementing Siebel eService, Partner Portal

•           Strong experience in EAI, Web Services, SOAP UI, Business Service  etc

•           Data migration using Siebel EIM

•           Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support

•           Requirements analysis (Business and Technical), gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development

•           Experience in positioning and delivering Customer Experience, CRM and/or Contact Center solutions

•           Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support

•           Experience with CRM certification(s) preferred

•           Experience with client facing consulting engagements

•           Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

•           Excellent soft skills, verbal and written communication skills
