Ability to conduct interviews for various customer stakeholders in a structured way to gather the business/system requirements
- Experience in conceptualize and visualize the high level business need provided by customer stakeholders
- Experience in requirements elaboration to greater detail in order for designers and developers to understand them with not much involvement from analysts
- Experience in using MS Office Tools, MS Visio
- Experience in understanding, analyzing and developing SQL queries
- Ability to analyze the historical data using excel macros, pivots etc.. in support of the developing implied requirements
- Experience in developing Level2 and Level3 business process flows
- Knowledge in infrastructure tools like Remedy, CMDB is preferred
