Role: FUSION HCM Architect 

Location: Pleasanton ,CA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

12+ years with end-to end implementation experience in HR Domain (People Soft Preferable) with 2+ years of Good experience in Fusion HCM (Core HR, Payroll) with Encryption, Data masking, Data mart building  etc

 

             Core HR , Payroll Functional experience , preferably  PeopleSoft implementations

             2+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience in modules

-  Core HR, Payroll

             End-to-End implementation expertise in Fusion in at least one  big implementation with large user base

             Should Possess good technical knowledge on Fusion Cloud architecture & HCM security , exposure to Data Masking , encryption and integration methodologies

             Knowledge of Fusion HCM Data Model and ability to handle design for Integration and Data conversion  requirements

             Ability to review Functional and Technical solutions with Development and Solutions group and provide feedback.
