Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise to the Adobe AEM site development team, including developing best practices for Adobe AEM/CQ Sites
Experience in AEM implementations and customization of template, designs and component libraries
Solid front-end skills (CSS, JavaScript, HTML) are a must with an emphasis on valid and semantic code-nice to have
Firm understanding of Java in the context of AEM
Experience with server setup and overall best AEM practices
Collaborate with fellow developers and engineers to conceive implementation strategies, and participate in review sessions with customers
Analyze complex business requirements and functional specifications and develop solutions that meet both tactical and strategic needs
Follow the guidelines from project management teams to apply appropriate software development methodologies such as SDLC, Agile and Lean for timely delivery
Perform code builds, merges and deployments across various environments
Resolve, communicate, and escalate critical technical issues as appropriate
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You Need for this Position
5- 8 years of development experience
At-least 3 years of strong hands on experience with content management systems including Adobe AEM
Extensive knowledge of the Adobe CQ 5.5/5.6/6.0+ technology stack and OSGi architecture and specifications
Proficient in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the CQ platform and the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix
Strong understanding of front-end technologies and libraries including JQuery, ExtJS and JSON
Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs widgets and bundles
Deep understanding of Java,  JEE, servlets, JSP, tag libraries and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Expert in all core web technologies including XML, XHTML, client server-side scripting languages such as JavaScript and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations
Comfortable with data exchange protocols like JSON and XML
Experience with one or more Java concepts and patterns including: JSP, Spring, JMS, JUnit, AOP, MVC, Eclipse
Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
Experience with customizing workflows, user management and tagging administration of AEM
Experience in Adobe Campaign/Adobe Target/Adobe DTM
Experience with Apache Webserver and experience with implementing responsive web design and multi-lingual websites in AEM
Thorough understanding of AEM Security model with understanding of SSO
Experience in integrating AEM with LDAP systems
Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search etc.
Experience with integrating AEM/CQ5 with other products and vendors specifically targeting Social Integrations
Experience of Migrating content from one legacy system to AEM
Provide advanced-level technical design, development, testing, debugging and documentation skills
Provide oversight, planning, and technical direction to development teams to ensure successful delivery of software projects
Experience in Onsite-offsite team model and create work packets for offsite team
Able to plan/track tasks/activities- Report progress/challenges to Onsite/Offsite Project lead
Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions. Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written

Nice to Have
AEM certification is a plus
Experience integrating Adobe Search and Promote and SiteCatalyst web analytics tool with CQ5
Knowledge of AEM ecommerce with Hybris
Understanding and working knowledge of CSS3 and HTML
