Interview Mode: Telephonic + Skype

Mandatory Skills:
Expertise in Oracle Web Center Portal framework, to include designing components, performance and tuning.  Includes backend Portal framework along with web service capabilities
Experience in Oracle WebCenter Portal design, to include asset creation, template creation, workflow identification, creation and reporting.   Responsive design framework expertise desired
Strong effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle WebCenter Portal and associated web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML including AJAX and REST service
5+ years of experience in the implementation of core concepts in Java programming language.
