8 Years of experience IVR application development and implementation using Nuance DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK.
Strong experience of DTMF and Speech IVR application development with Voice XML scripting experience.
Strong experience in IVR technology, Java, J2EE and Eclipse
Strong experience IVR application implementation and release management process.
Good communication skills and presentation skills.
Resource should have good Nuance development framework (NDF) knowledge and  implementation of  IVR SOLUTIONS.
Resource should have ability to learn new technology and willing to contribute new initiatives.
Candidate should quickly learn and adopt customer environment for application development and implementation
