Technical Skills:
Must have strong expertise in
Supporting multiple SAP products (Abap & Java stack) – ECC, Portal, BW, BOBJ, SRM, SCM/APO, XI/PI, eSourcing,
SAP environments on AIX, Linux, Windows / Oracle for SAP
High availability & disaster recovery
Latest SAP versions such as EHP6/7, NW 7.4 based systems
Strong Troubleshooting & analytical skills
Expertise in Incident & Problem Management
Root Cause Analysis skills
Experience in using SAP Solution Manager for Basis activities
SAP Performance analysis / tuning and Capacity planning
Support Packs & Kernel Patches (Abap & Java)
Enhancement Pack Upgrade
System Copy / System Refresh / Client Copy / Installation of SAP Systems (Abap & Java)
Strong Oracle Database administration skills (for SAP)
Oracle Upgrade, Patch, DB Reorganization
HANA administration experience is added advantage
SAP Implementation and version upgrade experience would be a plus
SAP Certified Netweaver Technology Consultant
